Technical Diver
This program trains divers for depths between 100 fsw (30 msw) and up to 170 fsw (51 msw) using custom blend breathing gas mixtures. It covers the limits of EANx mixtures and the use of EANx and oxygen for decompression, equipping divers with the skills to safely conduct dives up to 170 fsw (51 msw).
Maximum Diving Depth with the IANTD Technical Diver Program
Dives must not exceed 170 fsw (51 msw).
Enrollment Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Qualified as IANTD Advanced EANx Diver or equivalent
- Proof of 100 logged dives, including at least 30 dives deeper than 90 fsw (27 msw)
